Helping to transform lives this Christmas!

guide-dogsCapital Fireplaces are helping to transform lives this Christmas by donating to one of our favourite charities, Guide Dogs for the Blind.

Meet Zac, a golden retriever cross German shepherd, he is an energetic and playful pup with a cheeky personality. We have made a donation to help Zac take his first steps towards becoming an amazing guide dog.

It’s incredible to see how much difference a guide dog can make to a visually impaired individual, and Capital Fireplaces are proud to continue offering our support.

Stand Up To Cancer Charity Walk

Over the weekend, the lovely Stacy Curley from our Customer Service Team, along with her good friend Claire, helped organise and take part in a Stand Up To Cancer Charity ‘Glow in the Dark’ walk covering 11k around Stotfold, Norton and Letchworth.

Completed in the rain and dark, along with 10 other friends, the group raised over £1500!

Stacey commented, “I’m really happy to contribute to such a great cause, I feel that we have all been affected by cancer along our individual journeys and feel we should all do what we can to secure a better, healthier future especially after becoming a parent.”

If you would like to donate to this charity, simply click on the image below to visit the donation page.

Well done Stace 🙂
